By accessing our website, booking a session, or joining a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We provide online coaching, training, and community support programmes delivered via Zoom or other digital platforms.
Service details, durations, and fees are described on our website or booking pages.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official booking system or authorised links.

  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed or via a payment plan.

  • Prices are shown in GBP and may be updated at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Calendly).

5. Cancellation Policy

a. One-to-One Coaching Sessions

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged in full.

b. Group Programmes / Courses / Memberships

  • Once a programme has started, no cancellations or partial refunds are available.

  • If you cannot attend a live session, you may receive access to replays or materials (if provided).

c. Our Right to Cancel

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date/time or a credit toward future sessions.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted only if we cancel a service and cannot offer an alternative.

  • No refunds are given for completed sessions, missed appointments, or change-of-mind.

  • Digital products and online course materials are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

  • For ongoing memberships, you may cancel future renewals; payments already made are non-refundable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Katie Grigg's Social Impact Academy—including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, worksheets, course materials, recordings, and logos—is owned or licensed by us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission.

This includes:

  • Republishing materials online or offline

  • Sharing course files or recordings with non-participants

  • Using our content in your own work, teaching, or business

All rights are reserved under UK and international copyright law.

 

8. Conduct and Participation

You agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully during all sessions and community interactions

  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions within group or coaching environments

  • Avoid sharing, copying, or misusing any participant information

We reserve the right to remove any participant from sessions or online communities for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour—without refund.

9. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a supportive, educational process and does not replace professional therapy, medical treatment, legal, or financial advice.
All decisions and outcomes remain your sole responsibility.
We make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes from coaching or training programmes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Katie Grigg's Social Impact Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our services or use of our website.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service concerned.

  • We are not responsible for internet, software, or technical issues outside our control.

 

11. Confidentiality

Information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where:

  • Disclosure is required by law, or

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

12. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, stored, and used.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always appear on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
